Our Ordnance Research Inc Policies Returns Are Simple! We offer a 5-day inspection on all our merchandise upon receipt, except special order items, which are not returnable. Goods may be returned prepaid after 5 days of receipt, in original shipped condition, with a copy of the invoice enclosed and a note describing the reason for the return, and if a refund or replacement is needed. We will also refund the freight cost if the return is because of our mistake. Refunds will be made identically in the form of payment in which we received your order. Special selection charges will not be refunded. ShippingSorry, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, all orders are shipped U.P.S. Every effort is made to ship your package in a timely manner, but shifts in the volume of business do occur so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery; although it is normally faster. OrdersMinimum order is $20.00. For orders under $20.00 add a $5.00 service charge. NOTE: - Prices may change without notice. We can only accept your order with your understanding that it may take an unspecified time to be delivered. When an item is back ordered, we will make every effort to fill the order as soon as possible. Foreign OrdersAll checks are to be payable on a New York Bank. A $25.00 export-handling fee is charged for all orders under $100.00. Postage charges differ for each country. Export license fee $50.00. Export license not required on gun parts ordered under $100.00. Exceptions: Barrels, Receivers, or Complete Breech Blocks. Non-gun parts do not require an export license C.O.D. NOTE! Federal Law (922r GCA) states in part that “It shall be unlawful for any person to assemble from imported parts any semiautomatic rifle…which is identical to any rifle…prohibited from importation under section 925(d)(3)…as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes…” It appears that pursuant to the Sept. ‘Brady Crime Bill - GCA 9219(a)(30)(A&B) & 922(v) the U.S. Citizen may also “assemble” his pre or post Brady Crime Bill semi-auto rifle into whatever semi-automatic “sporting” configuration he wants, just so long as the rifle does not have a detachable magazine and 2 or more EACH of the following:
