Returns Are Simple!
Simply email our site or call us to obtain a return authorization #. We will not accept returns without an authorization #. Returns may be subject to 10% restocking charge. Returns sent COD without refund authorization # marked on the outside of the package will be refused

We offer a 5-day inspection on all our merchandise upon receipt, except special order items, which are not returnable. Goods may be returned prepaid after 5 days of receipt, in original shipped condition, with a copy of the invoice enclosed and a note describing the reason for the return, and if a refund or replacement is needed. We will also refund the freight cost if the return is because of our mistake. Refunds will be made identically in the form of payment in which we received your order. Special selection charges will not be refunded.

Shipping

Sorry, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, all orders are shipped U.P.S. Every effort is made to ship your package in a timely manner, but shifts in the volume of business do occur so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery; although it is normally faster.

Orders

Minimum order is $20.00. For orders under $20.00 add a $5.00 service charge.
Charge on returned checks is $30.

NOTE: - Prices may change without notice. Ordnance Research disclaims responsibility for any typographical errors or the accuracy of the information contained in any publication we distribute. Ask Curt about quantity prices and any other questions. Ordnance Research employees are not authorized to modify prices or conditions in any advertisement.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ordnance Research, which reserves the right to refuse any order.

Back Orders

We try to ship all orders out within 2 weeks of receipt of the order. We can only accept your order with your understanding that it may take an unspecified time to be delivered. When an item is back ordered, we will make every effort to fill the order as soon as possible.

Foreign Orders

All checks are to be payable on a New York Bank. A $25.00 export-handling fee is charged for all orders under $100.00. Postage charges differ for each country. Export license fee $50.00. Export license not required on gun parts ordered under $100.00. Exceptions: Barrels, Receivers, or Complete Breech Blocks. Non-gun parts do not require an export license

C.O.D. Phone Orders

C.O.D ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED BY TELEPHONE. BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 AM AND 4:00 PM (EST) MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY! ALL C.O.D.'S MUST BE PAYABLE BY A CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS PRE- APPROVED BY CURT. OUR EXTRA CHARGE FOR C.O.D. ORDERS IS $7.50. NO C.O.D. OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

Privacy

We do not make our mailing list available to private or commercial concerns for any reason.

Warranties

No warranties are expressed or implied other than the original manufacture's guarantee on items not manufactured by us. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all items that we manufacture.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to obey local, state, and federal laws in regards to possession of items from this website or from Ordnance Research. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is in compliance with the law and will utilize the items in a lawful manner.

All machine gun and rifle parts are sold strictly for non-firing display purposes. We assume no liability associated with misuse.

To the best of our knowledge none of the parts offered for sale by our company requires any special Federal or State license to purchase or possess. Under current Federal law no restrictions are placed on interstate purchase and shipping of the gun parts or accessories being offered for sale at this website.

Ordnance Research stated policy is as follows: Any verbal or written information you may obtain directly or indirectly from anyone associated directly or indirectly with Ordnance Research is only given with the explicit understanding that both parties have the underling intent to comply with all applicable laws. This is in spite of how artfully the wording of said conversations or correspondence may be stated.

The gun parts Ordnance Research offers for sale, are only offered in a manner and condition consistent with constitutional, federal, and state laws, and should only be purchased by persons, departments, agencies, and FFL holders intending to comply completely with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the possession of firearms and firearm parts, and who also intend to use said parts for any of the following and/or other legal purposes.

1. Repair of a legally possessed firearm.
2. Making of ATF Form 2, or an approved ATF Form 1 Firearm.
3. Construction of a non-functional replica non-gun.
4. Making of a weapon by, or for the benefit of a government entity.
5. Completion of NFA weapon using a registered receiver.
6. Possession as a collectable curio, ornament, or relic.
7. Construction of a non-controlled art object.
8. Sale to individuals or companies in less restrictive countries.
9. Sale to domestic or foreign government entities.
10. Possession of non-controlled parts for future use in legally making a firearm in anticipation of change of laws by legislation or court rulings.
11. Fabrication of non-NFA weapons.
12. Making of a weapon by a licensed manufacturer.

NOTE! Federal Law (922r GCA) states in part that “It shall be unlawful for any person to assemble from imported parts any semiautomatic rifle…which is identical to any rifle…prohibited from importation under section 925(d)(3)…as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes…”

It appears that pursuant to the Sept. ‘Brady Crime Bill - GCA 9219(a)(30)(A&B) & 922(v) the U.S. Citizen may also “assemble” his pre or post Brady Crime Bill semi-auto rifle into whatever semi-automatic “sporting” configuration he wants, just so long as the rifle does not have a detachable magazine and 2 or more EACH of the following:

1. A folding or telescoping stock.
2. A pistol grip.
3. A bayonet mount.
4. A flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor, (muzzle brake is OK!).
5. A grenade launcher.
