A. No... we can not ship products outside the United States without ATF approval. You will have to contact the ATF for the proper forms.

Q. What are the advantages of having a wholesale or retail account with Ordnance Research?

A. The major advantage of having a wholesale account with us is that you will receive a discount on all purchases that you make. This is a negotiated discount and varies according to the amount of product that you can move. Also, all retail accounts receive a 5% discount on purchases.
Another advantage from having a wholesale or retail account is that you will get first crack at any new products before they are offered to the general public or published in our newsletter.

A. Every effort is made to ship your package in a timely manner, but shifts in the volume of business do occur so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, although it is normally faster.

We will not accept returns without an authorization #.
Returns may be subject to 10% restocking charge.
Returns sent COD without return authorization # marked on the outside of the package will be refused.
